    Have you ever heard of a map? They have lots of them in Paris. Also, all the metro stations have maps on the walls and in the trains.

    Line 6 is a metro line and so far the metro doesn’t go to CDG.

    The easiest connection is to take the RER (this is a suburban train which , while crossing the city, also goes underground) B (any direction, CDG is the starting point) and then change at St Michel – Notre Dame and take the RER C direction Versailles or St Quentin (any of these will do). The stop is Champ de Mars. It should take up to 1 hour.

    If you do insist on taking the metro, start also with RER B , leave at Denfert Rochereau and take Line 6, direction Etoile (= Arc du Triomphe) and leave at Bir Hakeim. But this will take longer and the connections between RER / Metro take longer then between different RER lines.

    Check this URL for all connections

    Enjoy the view!

    Bonjour Nilou,

    Line 6 is a metro… which is not accessible from CDG.

    Take the RER (Express Network) from CDG Terminal 2 to Paris. Here’s an orientation map :

    Get off at St Michel (this is where Notre Dame is) and then transfer to RER line C heading West.

    There are 4 “directions” you can take remembering that in Paris “directions” of trains are indicated by the terminus station. So head to : Montigny or Argenteuil or Versailles Rive Gauche or St-Quentin.

    The station to get off at is : Champ de Mars, Tour Eiffel
    You can see this itinerary on the RER map in the Source Box below.
    CDG = P 9
    St Michel = M 12
    Eiffel Tower = L 12
