Studying Abroad In Dublin, Rome, And Paris…any Suggestions/tips/hints?

So I’m a 20 year old single male college student studying abroad this upcoming semester in each city for 5 weeks at a time. I’m primarily going away because I have had the toughest year of my life and am looking to Europe to clear my mind while being able to keep up with school. I’m interested in sports, cars, and sightseeing. Also, any bars and nightclubs that are “tourist friendly.” I’ll be there from the end of August to beginning of December so are there other cities/countries worth checking out as well? Please help me out.

Does Anyone Know Of A Study Abroad Scholarship That Would Cover All Costs For Study Of A Foreign Language?

The language is French and by the time I would be applying I’d be a graduate. I will probably graduate Magna *** Laude and I also am a member of the Honors Society Pi Sigma Alpha. My major is Government BS Political Science. It’s just I’m having trouble finding a study abroad scholarship or fellowship that would cover all of my tuition at a foreign institution namely in Paris/France or even Belgium or Switzerland as a Graduate. For the career I want to get into I would need to know French fluently, and I plan on joining Law School immediately after the study abroad. I thought of getting a job at a consulate or embassy in one of those countries and just try to learn the language as I go, since I’d be immersed in it everyday anyway, but they all require that the applicant should know French fluently already! So does anyone know of a fellowship/scholarship that would cover these costs and somehow stall my payments to my Undergrad University?
Thanks so much.

Living Abroad In Paris, France For Five Months. ?

I am a student who is going to be living in Paris for 5 months and am wondering how much money I will really need to travel and buy food. My tuition and board should be all set with my loans and scholarships so the only thing I need to worry about is money for groceries, books and travel. The French consulate reccomends that I have $3,000 US-$600/month, will this be enough with the exchange rate?
