Also, does anyone know if there is a place near the Eiffel Tower to buy prints of it (like maybe a copy of a local artist’s work or something of that sort)? I don’t want to put a full out painting, just a print (preferably on canvas) of the tower and surrounding area.

If you are very close to a tall building or statue (e.g. statue of liberty, Eiffel Tower) you can’t see it properly if you are too close. How do you calculate how far back you need to be to get a good view before you build the object?
