Between Novotel Paris Vaugirard and Novotel Paris Les Halles, which one is better?
Those two are cheap considering they’re near to the city.

Hotel A (Les Halles)
Pros: very good location (walking distance to Louvre Museum, Champs-Elysees, Rue de Rivoli, etc)
Cons: more expensive than hotel B, hotel is quite bad maintenance, area very busy and touristy thus may be quite dangerous

Hotel B (Vaugirard)
Pros: 100 meters to Vaugirard Metro station, cheaper than hotel A, across the road is police station thus safe, not very busy and not touristy
Cons: not walking distance to main attractions (have to use metro), may be spending more time using the metro rather than exploring Paris
